World's First 'Membrane-Fusion Dual-Block' Antiviral Technology Transfer

BasiloBio has secured a technology transfer of the 'membrane-fusion dual-block' antiviral mechanism elucidated by the Institute for Basic Science (IBS). By blocking the viral envelope-fusion step at two points, the mechanism takes an approach not seen in existing antiviral strategies.

Building on the licensed technology, BasiloBio will pursue global commercialization and joint R&D of next-generation antiviral drugs, extending applications across human, pet, and livestock health.
